Dismantling and assembly
Dismantling and assembling furniture in The Hague
A three-door wardrobe rarely goes down the stairs in one piece. We take apart whatever has to come apart and put it back together at the new address, down to the last screw and the lamp on the ceiling.
What we dismantle
Wardrobes, bookcases, beds and bed bases, dining tables with removable legs, desks and garden furniture. Screws and fittings travel in a labelled bag per item, so that nothing is missing at the new address.
Assembly at the new address
We rebuild the furniture where you point and check that everything is solid and level. Cupboards that have to stand against a sloping wall or that only just fit, we sort out with you on the spot.
Lamps and curtains
Taking down lamps and hanging them at the new address can be included, as can fitting curtain rails. Mention what you want in your request and we will reserve time for it in the schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Dismantling and assembling furniture in The Hague: questions we often get
Yes, but we will say honestly that some flat-pack wardrobes do not survive a second dismantling. We assess that on the spot and talk it through with you before we start.
We mount televisions on the wall if the bracket and the wall allow it. Tell us in advance so that we bring the right materials.
You can. Even without a move we can come and build or reposition furniture.
